The advance exchange points are:

at the Forum shopping center (Mannerheimintie 20). The advance exchange point is located on the first floor, between Lyko and Synsam.

at the Mall of Tripla shopping center (Fredikanterassi 1). The advance exchange point is located on the 4th floor, opposite to info desk and next to Cafe+Deli.

You can also get your wristband exhanged at the festival gate during the festival dates. One day basic tickets will not be exchanged to a wristband.
