The Hellsinki Metal Festival age policy is straightforward: only adults (18 and over) music enthusiasts are permitted to attend. The festival will be held for the third time in 2025, during the second weekend of August (8-9) at Nordis, the Helsinki Ice Hall area. Age restrictions are strictly enforced at all entrances, so every participant should be prepared to present identification.
As organizers, we emphasize that this age restriction applies equally on both festival days and throughout all festival areas. We do not provide special arrangements for minors, as the entire event is designed for adult attendees. This age policy enables us to deliver the festival exactly as intended—a perfect celebration of metal music with everyone’s safety in mind.
